Most of our packages are shipped by road from european / american warehouses, so you can expect to receive them in about a week. For certain replacements parts they might be shipped from our factory, which will take a bit longer.

I am a firm believer in the open source community, and the benefits that it has toward the innovation in our sector. My goal is to release the largest amount of data possible on github under the GPL license.

The enclosure is meant to be upgraded an modified to reduce e-waste and to give you, the user, the freedom of repairing what you own. However, we can’t provide replacement parts if they were damaged due to an upgrade performed by you. Luckily, in our shop you will find every part of the enclosure sold separately for honest prices, so you can always fix it yourself. What we guerentte anyway is to help you get the full potential from the enclosure.

The team is already working on other features that will be released when ready. They will be backwards compatible with any previously purchased enclosure. We have also setup a community driven upgrade center, where we test and approve modifications for the enclosure.
